Students from the New Hope Academy in Lower Makefield teamed up with workers at Neshaminy State Park in Bensalem from 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.  Wednesday to host a "Give Back to the Environment community service project.  Community volunteers pitched in as well to help remove litter along the shoreline of the Delaware River.  New Hope Academy is a specialty private high school founded in 2000 whose teacher/student ratio is 2-1 with tuition of $30,000 a year.  The largest class size is five pupils, and 90 percent of the school's 35 graduates each year move on to higher education.
